2018-2019 Paydays

Employee Payroll & Benefit Changes for 2018/2019

  • Paycheck stubs are going paperless! Effective July 2018, paycheck stubs will be sent electronically to employees. They will be emailed as a password protected PDF.
  • 10 & 11 Month Employees Who Receive Benefits: Benefit deductions will occur over 11 months, instead of 10 months, beginning in August 2018. This will result in a decrease in monthly benefit deductions, and an increase in net pay!

Contacting Payroll

  • You can contact payroll by phone or e-mail.
  • If you are e-mailing or leaving a voicemail, be sure to include your full name, ID number (if known), site at which you work, phone number with the best time to reach you, and the issue about which you are calling. This way we may be able to look up information prior to returning your call.
  • Since we work under payroll deadlines, it is often easiest for us to respond if you contact us by phone or email prior to dropping by.
  • If you don’t feel that we can properly address your issue by phone or e-mail, contact your Payroll Specialist to set up an appointment to meet with them to ensure that we are here when you stop by.
  • We are happy to answer any questions and/or research any problems to be sure that everyone is paid accurately.
